Grandpa Velimir, despite a hip injury and the surgery he had, came to the rally organized at Slavija Square. As a sign of welcome, the crowd greeted him with a birthday cake to celebrate his 90th birthday. Happy birthday to him!

He got the hip injury because a government thug ran him over with a car a few days ago, while Veroljub was giving 16 minutes of silence to 16 victims of the Novi Sad train station tragedy.

Who is he? Doing a reverse search gave nothing. I did not seen him once in any history class or memorised (Poland). I have no clue who is this person.
