The fact that they even take into account true data in the ranking shows that the russian authorities believe in the rebellion more than their population.
The big surprise here is that they‘re actually polling at all
Anyway, russians will do nothing about it, they’re comfortable to live in totalitarian regime for centuries. They can just “Don’t like” nothing more.
