This looks like the botanical gardens outside of Batumi
I am not sure but its probably the botanical garden near batumi. Wait ill check I have same picture, ill post under this comment for comparing.

I was in Batumi 7 years ago in botanical garden. I 100% confirm it is taken from somewhere here:
41.6960449, 41.7107628
It’s a Green Cape in Adjara region of Georgia.
The trainway and those rocks together are tied to only place; batumi botanical garden (at least for me)
