WOW—he’s not only addressed the mistakes of history but also his own family history, and he apologizes for the role the Church played. Respect

May 2026 was a bit slow in terms of global events, so the Pope had to come to keep things from getting too dull.

    4. Ahahahah, ehi, wait a minute… I knew that Bible = Divine Truth. Anything in there is true, because God wrote it thru human hands (sure it’s a bullshit collection, I know, but stick with me for a while).
So, is it now the time to admit that part of that sacred book isn’t so sacred and true? And if part of that book is bullshit, then why do not admit that it’s a fairy tale story written, twisted, corrected and rewritten by men, and that the humans should stop to follow it (usually, the parts they love more, oppressing the minorities, annoying the non believers, keeping the women submissive)?

So they should of many years ago. Not so holy people i think. The Vatican is the Dark Churc of lies.

    6. …this has always been my biggest gripe with the Catholic Church. Wow, I’m actually shocked. the guy actually did it

Apologies must be nice, but that entire Church needs to be taken apart and distributed as reparations if they want to even START actually redeeming themselves.

No? They’re keeping the gold, jewels, artifacts?

Thought so. North American indigenous peoples are still having to sue and negotiate with the Church to get the hair and scalp they’ve kept as souvenirs from the kidnapped indigenous children in Christian “reeducation” camps.

    8. No Papal decrees of current economic slavery practices by credit card companies and usury rates? That’s a shame. Does the Pope have a catholic credit card? Don’t leave earth without it.

Next apologize to women and allow them to be ordained into the priesthood.

lets be honest for a moment. who the hell cares what the pope says? i mean the pope. what the hell is a pope. hes just a dude with a hat. relax

    11. How is the American Pope seemingly the man, and a perfect successor to the last Pope who was also very progressive, while the actual American public regresses into full blown tribal politics and idiocracy levels of incompetence in leadership

But he can’t do that. The pope is unerring, if he says past popes have sinned he delegitizes catholicism as a whole.
