Using taxpayer dollars to fight taxpayers. I am so incredibly sick of this man. He’s looking for a ruling precedent here so that all future court battles against any remaining FOIs can be streamlined.
Look, I get that holding secrets to ensure they don’t get into the hands of foreign actors is a good idea, but this is not the way. This is holding secrets to ensure abuse of public funds has no oversight.
