The mortality rate for food businesses is high. Nando’s is probably the biggest under-performer there, given how hugely popular it is overseas.

Add lidos Italia in manly. Little family owned joint that my partner and I have loved for years. They’re shutting down due to the ridiculous rent hike in the building they’ve been in for the past 16 years.

I had a look at the few near me that weren’t fast food and they are all unsurprising. Places served the worst food and took too long to make it. I’m talking 2 hour wait for takeout

Feast at Springwood had a very strange business model. Unless you booked for certain meal times they would turn you away.

Zaza kebabs were delicious, shame the owner sold up. New owners are alright, the younger lady who serves can be cold as ice
