What kind of message does this judgement send to young girls and boys. Did the judge not even consider that?

National disgrace and it should not be allowed to undermine women’s safety (or public safety in general) without repercussions.
The news that there has been a referral to the Court of Appeal is good. I did notice it is only for 2 of the boys and not the third.
Justice for the rich, for everyone else there is only their interpretation of the law.
I mean, ok, yes the decision is terrible, and so was what happened to her, but why is her opinion relevant? Is she a celebrity rape victim that we need to get an interview from on every case now?
Gisele Pelicot is an amazingly brave woman and her judgement should be the judge’s shame.
