Concerning especially broad daylight.
The streets surrounding the hospital are filled with people working that work at the hospital that are forced to park blocks away due to the lack of staff parking at the hospital.
That is wild. Whatever their intention, it’s amazing how brazen and stupid they were. Great instincts from the woman and the bystanders.
I saw on the news it wasn’t random, something related to her husband or partner. Probably worth noting.
