      I’d think that nobody would be *that* stupid, to go swimming in sea visibly covered with oil, not even russians, but after that video of russian propagandists shaking a rope bridge *that they were standing in the middle of* until it flipped and sent them down into the rapids it’s clear that russians indeed can be that stupid.
