    2. Three rounds of interviews that’s absurd. Seems like a lot of companies are doing that. It’s not like you’re going for a C-level position.

    3. I see all these charts and wonder at what point do people start keeping track of their applications. I wouldn’t start counting from day 1, and after e.g. a year it might be difficult to backtrack and find all of them.
