P.S. – In the graph, in case anyone hasn’t understood, it only includes marriages where the woman is a minor/adolescent.
Esto es muy interesante, pero esos colores son practicamente iguales. Yo cambiaba los colores para que sea más fácil de leer.
No hace mucho estuve mirando datos sobre esto mismo en EEUU, y es sinceramente increíble lo normalizado que está allí. Y luego dicen de los paises musulmanes, pero allí es legal en la mayoría de los estados.
18-19 year olds are adults even if it fits the “teen”ager bracket.
I don’t think marriage when you are an adult is something worrying. Yes, they are quite young but they have a lot more maturity ( they should at least) than a 16 year old or a younger person, they should be capable of understanding what marriage is and what it implies.
La selección de colores hace muy difícil entender fácilmente cuál es cada línea.
Me gustaría también verlo con un eje logarítmico en y, ya que hay mucha diferencia a lo largo del tiempo y entre las líneas.
This is interesting. The overall trend is overwhelming and clear. But at the same time, the overall demographics/age of the population has some impact. As does the likelihood that couples will get married at all.
I would have wondered if immigration has any impact here but the numbers are so small now that it doesn’t seem so
Antes eran bastante normales las bodas de penalty, no había educación sexual, ni de donde aprenderla…
Habría que verlo como porcentaje del total, la natalidad esta por los suelos.
Podrían haber usado rojo, verde y morado.
Por ejemplo.
Mira que hay colores en el espectro visible…
No hay que hacer leyes para que las viejas no se casen con niños.
