Belarus leader says Kim Jong Un “not a dictator”, but “very intelligent”

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has stated that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is not a dictator and, in essence, cannot be described as one.

Lukashenko said that while he was in North Korea quite recently, the leader (Kim Jong Un) made a very strong impression on him, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

“Very intelligent! A young man, promising, focused on cooperation. He is not a dictator at all… In essence, he cannot be a dictator,” Lukashenko added.
