His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday met Cyprus Ambassador Dr Andreas Eliades at Riffa Palace.
HRH Prince Salman welcomed the ongoing progress and growth of relations between Bahrain and Cyprus across several fields of mutual interest.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister underscored the importance of continuing to strengthen bilateral co-operation, particularly in the economic and trade sectors, to promote opportunities that support shared aspirations.
During the meeting, issues of common interest and the latest regional and international developments were discussed.
The ambassador expressed his appreciation to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for the meeting, and for his commitment to enhancing co-ordination between the two countries.
Dr Eliades also wished the kingdom continued progress and prosperity.
Prime Minister’s Court Minister Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Cabinet Affairs Minister Hamad Al Malki and senior officials also attended the meeting.
