If you have the money to live in the forest and be safe. I support it. Just don’t make a whole new village and enhance deforestation on a whole lot
The owner has money and shows complete disregard for the environment, even if the building is legal. After all, the RoC is famous for allowing the destruction of anything good.
Numerous illegal constructions can be seen abandoned mid-development, yet some manage to secure permits and build. I’ve heard that some people’s means of obtaining permits were less than legal, and happened en masse under a certain administration during 2013-2023.
