André Silva is on the verge of returning to FC Porto. Confirmation of the transfer should come in the next few days, shortly after the striker returns from Japan, a country which, as A BOLA had already reported, he chose to spend a few days on holiday.
On the Portugal international’s side, there are no obstacles to the pay cut that his return to the Dragão will entail and, contractually, the process has also been settled: the renewal clause with Elche was not activated, meaning André Silva will arrive in the Invicta on a free transfer.
Even so, the season produced by the 30-year-old Portuguese forward at the club from the Valencia region left its mark and, this Tuesday, LaLiga itself highlighted his goalscoring record.
