      Serbian here. Yes it is true – corrupt government doesn’t want to invest in anything yet demands of people are rising. Government would rather go in overdrive mode than to invest in clean energy. There are some windmills but insufficient. Especially when it comes to heating and everything is an excuse “We can’t do anything about it – it is as it is”. Meanwhile, their personal pockets are getting thicker and thicker.

      There are more industrial activities in Eastern Europe than Western Europe. Countries in the world still burn coal in many industrial activities.

      People burn anything and everything. From old furniture to tires to stay warm.
