Премьер Латвии Андрис Кулбергс
Studying the prime minister’s photos on social media, where he is publicly tagged, one can notice that Latvia may have its first prime minister with tattoos on both arms. A real cool guy.
The quality of the photos leaves much to be desired, so it is difficult to see all the images on Kulbergs’ arms. However, one of the photos reveals a tattooed phrase that the younger generation might recognize from Kelly Clarkson’s song: “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!”
## From business and motors to power
Before entering big politics, Andris Kulbergs was primarily known as an entrepreneur and a car enthusiast. His love for technology is familial: his father, Viktor Kulbergs, is considered one of the legendary figures in the Latvian automotive world and was instrumental in the creation of the Riga Motor Museum.
According to his official declaration, Kulbergs owns an impressive collection of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, an ATV, and a motorboat.
Motorcycles hold a special place in his life. Shortly before the government was approved, he publicly lamented that after taking office, he would likely have to give up his usual motorcycle rides. In the days leading up to the vote in the Saeima, the future prime minister even arrived at a television interview on his motorcycle.
