I have a particular dislike for idiots like this, since they make it so much harder for everyone else to take the Palestinian genocide issue seriously and just give ammunition to their opponents.
In the period when the former colonies were fighting for their independence from the UK and other colonial powers, there were many terrorists (as designated by the colonial authorities). These ‘terrorists’ went on to become members of or leaders of their governments and were often recognised as heroes for their role in the independence struggle. .

Israel makes Hamas both inevitable and needed to create an enemy out of.

Well, she’s not really wrong that history is generally kind to victors and if Hamas were successful in establishing control over the area they would probably at some point start being talked about as liberators rather than terrorists.
It’s still a rather silly thing to say in reference to a widely considered evil group, knowing such a statement could easily be taken as support for said group.
Also not sure about her examples, are the IRA lauded as heroes by anyone outside of fervent Irish republicans and cosplaying Americans?
