Festivali i Pranverës returned last night, with the winner of the contest set to receive a place in Festivali i Këngës 65.
RTSH has announced that the winner of Festivali i Pranverës, will receive a place in Festivali i Këngës 65, which will likely be used to select the Albanian representative for Eurovision 2027. Festivali i Pranverës sees twenty new talented acts competing, with the winner set to be determined by jury voting. The winner will be decided through a combination of 60% from the Professional Jury and 40% from the “Pranvera Digjitale” Jury. On the professional jury are: Eriona Rushiti, Ledina Çelo Kejsi Tola, Kamela Islamaj and Markelian Kapidani. The Pranvera Digjitale jury is formed of Sara Berisha, Amos Zaharia, Krista Merkoçi, Arjon Muça and Rizarta Hoxha.
Twelve acts qualified for the final night out of twenty who competed on Saturday evening. Returning to the stage and competing for victory are:

- Drina Sheu – Dashni e vjetër
- Frensi – Më lër
- Niki Zaimi – Nuk ndalem

- Alegra Jaho – Pasqyrë
- Algert Sala – Çelu
- Arsi Bako – Humb
- Herva Novaku – Zemër në dy hap
The artists who were knocked out after the first night were:

- Voltan Prodani – Më merr kjo dashuri
- Flavia Zere – Sekret

Festivali i Pranverës will air on RTSH 1 HD, RTSH Music, Radio Tirana and the RTSH YouTube channel from 21:00 CET.
Albania was represented by Alis at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna, Austria with “Nân” (Mother). In the final he placed 13th scoring 145 points, including 12 points from the Portuguese jury.

Albania made its debut at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2004. Albania succeeded in their first showing with Anjeza Shahini’s “The Image of You”, finishing 7th in the final. Albania has competed in the Eurovision Song Contest every year since its debut. Since the success of their first appearance, they have reached the grand final a further 11 times. They bettered their 2004 score in 2012 with Rona Nishliu’s song “Suus”, which finished in 5th place with 146 points. This was their first time reaching the top 5 and their best placing to date.
