You know if this were the other way around and young people were blaring music in the park, the older generation would give them the stink eye of disapproval.

These people made 뽕 in 90s which is Korean traditional pop mixed in with hyper pop and rave and popular electronic music at the time. What I am trying to say here is that Boomers were the rave scene in Korea in 90s

In two hundred years, this will be an obscure cult known as the Macarena cult, with a loyal following. They will approach foreigners in places like Seongsu and Hongdae, trying to recruit them into the Los del Rio/Bayside cult.
People on social media will warn unsuspecting visitors to stay away from this cult, as well as from the Lou Bega cult, which is equally dangerous.
