For people like her who are famous and have a certain amount of name recognition, maybe the husband should change his last name.
There is a trick. Go on holidays to Spain, get married there, it is forbidden for the woman to lose her surname. Register marriage in the Japanese embassy, profit.
A friend of mine did that and they had the marriage registered in the family registry in Japan. She did not want to lose her surname because it’s quite uncommon.
I knew a pair of doctors who did something like that. They had a wedding ceremony. They had a wedding reception they just never registered.

Based. Personally as someone that grew up with 3 last names I hated it though.
