“No one should be looking for adventure. No one should follow in the footsteps of the Zionist massacre network …. Israel, under the current government, has become not only a threat to the region but also a source of danger to humanity,” Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said in a speech to members of his party at the Turkish parliament. On the surface, it sounds like yet another barrage of condemnation of Israel that has graced most of Erdoğan’s recent appearances.
