Germans running away to Argentina and Chile to avoid prosecution?
Emigrants. They’re immigrants to these countries, they’re emigrants from Europe.
I’m assuming Mexico’s is so low due the the huge amount of unrest through Mexican history.

They are settlers; they built those countries from scratch. Current immigrants are coming to already established countries.

Honestly quite low for over a 100 year span…. Europe has had close to 30 million in 20 years.
The land of the free. Proud of my immigrant heritage. We made it across the water, we landed on the moon and our NFL teams are quite rightly recognized as world champions.
