Tokyo prosecutors decide not to press charges against shop owners and others involved in allegedly forcing a 12-year-old Thai girl to provide sexual services. The defendant had stated “I didn’t know she was a minor. I can’t speak Thai, so I left the hiring to the store manager, who is a Thai”.

Come on now…. You know what a 12 year old looks like… I don’t care how much makeup you put on them.

    2. I couldn’t tell that the underdeveloped girl speaking a language I didn’t know and I was exploiting financially was a 12 year old!

Every single one of these people would have been arrested in a country that valued the rights of women and children.

I am guessing since Japan has moved up to number 10 of safest countries. Its due to not processing criminals.

    4. It’s okay he didn’t know how old she was, let him go. If he had chopped her up afterwards, they would have let him go as well.

Any crime against a World Citizen isn’t worth pursuing. On the other hand, any crime, no matter how petty committed by a World Citizen who didn’t know any better is met with severity.

More reason of me not affable nor pliable with Japanese men here – they are brainwashed to deprave and degrade women in general – absolute disgrace.
