WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – Duke Energy crews are replacing a power pole Tuesday at South Lumina Avenue and Lula Street in Wrightsville Beach.
The work is expected to cause an outage lasting about six hours for about 10 customers between Nathan Street and the Hanover Seaside Club, according to town officials.
Traffic patterns will also be affected. Residents who need to access Coburn Avenue should use Lula Street while the work is underway.
The Town of Wrightsville Beach is urging drivers to use caution, follow posted traffic control and plan for minor delays.
