      This article discusses the future implications of cyberneticist Stafford Beer’s POSIWID principle in global policy-making and urban development. It uses an old story “Don Quixote,” to discuss this cyberneticist principle.

      How can we better design systems that achieve their intended outcomes? What lessons can be drawn from past policy failures to inform future urban planning, economic reforms, and social welfare programs? How might emerging technologies and new management theories enhance our ability to align systemic functions with their goals?

      At the very least, I think this is a good start to learning some basic system thinking that cyberneticists use
