    3. Except Spain is a democracy and the Spanish people got rid of Aznar. Russia is a dictatorship and the Russian people cannot vote Putin out.

    4. Not parallel at all. It wasn’t Spain,, it was one party, people didn’t believe it and releo days after in the general elections it was voted out of government massively. And it wasn’t to the Basque Country, but to a terrorist band rejected by the majority of basque people that had already killed 890 people, most of them Basques. Very wrong
