He noted that tensions have arisen over a particular act, but it is a double-edged instrument of counteraction.
“I see such a feeling of hatred among the deputies… There should be an action aimed at mitigating hatred in the Republic of Armenia. We have recently seen that the number of deaths resulting from interpersonal disputes has increased,” he said.
