Duke Energy: Over 2K without power in western NC during severe thunderstorms

BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – Over 2,000 customers are experiencing power outages during a severe thunderstorm warning in western NC, according to Duke Energy.

The power company reports customers in the following counties are facing power outages as of 8:15 p.m.:
