Truckers piss bottles. A nationwide problem worse than dog Fouling. They should DNA test the bottles and find the culprits.

Good, especially if you’re in a car. It costs you nothing, literally nothing at all, to keep your KFC wrappers on the passenger seat, in a footwell, etc, until you get home. At which point you put it in the recycling bin. If you’re the kind of person to chuck it out of your window then fuck you, you’re disgusting.

I’m on board with this. Dont litter don’t get fined.

Great if it’s enforced equally and backed up by Police if people get fiesty. Otherwise the most prolific offenders will get fighty while the council targets otherwise law abiding citizens who’ve made an honest mistake.

I can’t remember the last time I saw someone littering from a car, it used to be super common in the 80’s/90’s. If I saw someone doing it now it would be significant enough that I would probably try and let them know not to.
I’m sure it still happens and you do see some litter, but for my area most of the litter appears on bin day when the bin men miss the truck and just leave the waste on the floor
Is chucking stuff out of your car more common in other areas??

That’s bullshit. It should be £5,000. Silly crime, silly fine.
