Labour has ‘no plans’ to raise university fees or funding

Labour should forcibly merge the higher education institution in the same city to help them save costs and trim the fat of their courses.

There’s no reason why Uni of York and St John’s, or Uni of Leeds and Becket/Trinity shouldn’t merge into a single institution with scale and higher quality.
