The first app is Untappd (powered by Foursquare) and the second is Pokemon Go. As you can see from the Google Maps screenshot, I am in Ureki.
Is Ureki under some sort of administrative control by Tbilisi that I’m unaware of? Is Ureki a very distant exclave of Tbilisi?
