      There is a place called Tsaghveri წაღვერი. Maybe it has something to do with this.

      Maybe წაღვერი (tsaghveri)? That’s the only town i know that ends with ghveri.

      It can be ღვერისი, ღვერულა or ღვერები

      If you’re asking about the stamp itself, it has to be Baku as far as I’m googling it.
