      4 months for him, whilst his girlfriend got a suspended sentence for pushing and spitting at a copper.

      Edit: as pointed out by External Praline, the punch guy pictured at the top of the article, is actually a different person to the guy with the girlfriend mentioned further down (they both got a suspended sentence for their actions).

      Really don’t understand British media’s disposition to define people chiefly on whether or not they’re a parent when it has zero relevance to the news itself.

      You could literally be a violent thug but as long as you’ve popped out a kid the headlines will refer to you as a dad, which is sort of quaint. Don’t even have to be a good dad, or a stay at home dad, or whatever.

      I’ve seen it with murder too. “Mum found guilty of murder” is just fucking bizarre spin.

      There is no “Islamophobia”, but there is certainly terror in the name of Islam! He will certainly be punished more severely than any Pakistani grooming gang member🤣
