“Russian Peacekeeping” (as i see it and i could be wrong here of course) is a status level presence that the Kremlin issues to protect Russian interests. Since February 2022 it (“peacekeeping”) can now be distinguished from a “Special Military Operation”. Obviously you are not supposed to make a facial expression when using or hearing these terms.

From my understanding is that they were useless. The last time Azerbaijan invaded they even shot and injured (killed?) some of these russian soldiers. Please correct if i’m wrong

Azerbaijan could probably have kicked them out by force. They know they have Turkey’s backing and Russia is too pre-occupied elsewhere to respond.
Sad news. This is another ethnic cleansing made by Turks against Armenians.
Isn’t Russian peacekeepers an oxymoron?
