This does not look like propaganda poster TBH.
This definitely isn’t a propaganda poster. Soviet propaganda had a distinct style and this ain’t it.
Probably some artwork, possibly even critical artwork, going by the broken flower. Idk what it’s supposed to mean though. There is 0 context.
