I’m enjoying my vacations in Kobuleti since 2006 and I haven’t been here for 5 years.
I noticed a lot of stray dogs here. Almost every second dog is thoroughbred (Huskies, Kurtskhars etc.). How they got here and is there any organisation which cares about them.? I saw a lot of Huskies with fur problem.

Assholes buy a dog based only on looks and then don’t actually understand breed needs so they just abandon them.

Some of them are lost, etc, but most of them were dumped by owners who couldn’t care/didn’t want to care for them.
Some people buy dogs without analyzing their needs, etc, but end up abandoning them once dogs starts needing expensive maintenance.
