Jeez it’s all ready just put the spades in the ground!
Given HS2 cannot function as a railway terminating at Old Oak Common, this is an early test of whether they plan to be a serious government or not.
I don’t get what trans port officials have to do with railways, but I’m glad they’re being inclusive.
