Yes, because all unemployed people left the country
„Low”
1. Doesn’t account for a large segment of grey economy. 2. Really low unemployment can often mean that there are not enough qualified workers, because they are all raving in Berlin.
my hot take: if the Chinese come into Anaklia since they own majority shares (aside from Georgia of course) and start transporting stuff through there rather than sail miles through Indian ocean>Red sea>Mediteranian sea>Black sea then Georgia should thrive.
Still disappointingly high. The best and most realistic is 5-10% unemployment
