It’s called mind games and GD is pretty good at it.
Saying that you’re a pro European party, but at the same time, doing completely different things that are correlated with the directives of the Kremlin could brought votes from the both sides.
Some are voting for them because they believe that GD is actually moving Georgia towards the EU and there’s also a certain group of people that believe GD will fix relations with Russia and it’ll be like as it was during “the great old days” (i call them pro Russians, but they prefer to call themselves “neutrals”.
The reality is that GD has nothing to do with the EU and Georgia will never be a part of the latter as long as we hava pro Russians in the government.

The GD advertisement is getting REALLY annoying-
GD be like:
“Vote for us and we will take you to Europe!/j”

I have the suspects that if one day Georgia 🇬🇪 join EU 🇪🇺 will immediately became part of the group of eastern nations that constantly brag about how much would be better if they leave it, like Poland 🇵🇱, Hungary 🇭🇺, Czech 🇨🇿 Slovakia 🇸🇰 and Bulgaria 🇧🇬
