Find out in which municipality this person was born

Friends, I need help. I have a document from my grandfather that says he is from Cáceres, but according to the civil registry of Cáceres he was not born there. He was probably born in one of the 216 municipalities of the province of Cáceres. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can find out where exactly Grandpa was born?
