  1. Streaming growth is getting slower while churn rates get higher so there’s a bit of worry going around music streaming platforms on how else they can earn revenue and retain users. Because of this, there’s a good chance that we’ll have what they call “super bundles” in the near future. These bundles talk about a multi-company partnership that will offer users access to music, video, or gaming subscriptions in one package. This has been seen a bit on video streaming platforms (like the trio of Disney+. Hulu, and ESPN+) and are proving to be successful based on recent reports. This can be really enticing for us users since it’ll be more cost-effective and convenient overall.

  2. The market is saturated and increasingly untenable. Multi-platform consolidation is the obvious next step.
