I think that’s Station Square, formerly known as “Vagzali”. Can’t say for sure, haven’t been there in a while, really depressing place.

It’s by the Gldani mall, on Omar Khizanishvili St. [This image from Google maps](https://maps.app.goo.gl/LoNR8CNYc9fSXTMGA) shows this Navne store in a building with the same blue trim.
