I spent a long time trying to buy Porto-Vigo tickets, without success. The website works super poorly and customer support is zero. Even contacts are unavailable or disconnected. After a post from here I paid by paypal. It turns out that they debited me the amount but the purchase was unsuccessful and was not registered. The amount appears as pending. And this warning appears. I’ve already sent an email there, but from what they report, they don’t respond. Has anyone had a similar situation? Was the amount returned?
