Right. Anyone interested in someone who worked in the HO?
We have laws, we dont just deport people for shits and giggles and they have the right to appeal. I know thats not something people like when there is a rapist involved but the whole concept is everyone gets rights and we go through courts not public opinion.
We already deport every foreign national convicted.
I will say that again, we already do. All the fucking time. Including cunts who came here 2 years old but whos parents didnt help them and at 25 they get done for dealing and are deported to Somalia not even speaking the language. We charter flights all the time.
We also dont remove people who we think will die. I dont like the cunt either, but if hes gonna die, we dont do it. I know its easy to be vengeful on reddit but real life is complex. We then do case by case basis so we dont deport people into a gallows for fraud.
Dont read the daily heil and think what we do is nothing. We deport TONNES of people, I have done it myself.

Its interessting how the right wing media and politicians are using these edge cases as justification for removing everyones human rights as opposed to just changing the laws involved (which we can before anyone says we cant…if you dont believe me look at Denmarks much stronger laws on deporting foreign criminals….and they are A) in the EU and B) a signatory to the ECHR).
So lets recap.
A) – we can change the laws if needed to make them much tougher to deal with these edge cases
B) – The politicans and media that want us to quit the ECHR arent discussing law changes, they just want to take YOUR human rights away.

These cases are almost always a lot more complex than the headlines suggest. And the DM not understanding bisexuality is hardly shocking either
