This guide serves both to remove unwanted ads and the feed of local communities (via IP) that you are not interested in on Reddit.
First on the home screen go to your account and then in settings. Go to “account adjustment” at the top.
Here you have several options: Location customization, Privacy (two options) and categories with sensitive advertising.
In the first option, you can change the country to change your interests and the Reddit feed (I have USA set to see more menes, photo channels and that…). In privacy you must look at the last two, whether you want to leave it or not. Finally third block, I have everything unchecked.

Cambiando eso sólo logras que en lugar de Rafa Nadal te aparezca Trump o Elmo.
Es un problema de Reddit (y youtube, Facebook…) en que no les interesa retirar esos anuncios porque dan dinero.
Todos mis anuncios de Reddit son click baits sobre Cristina Pedroche. Prefiero esto a anuncios estadounidenses.
Yo utilizo Adguard Adblocker (firefox) y no he visto un anuncio en Reddit en mi vida.
