And it’s all the owners fault for not registering them or putting on a muzzle.
If you can’t do those simple things then you really shouldn’t own an animal to begin with.

The woman in the article who was attacked by an XL makes a good point. Why are these people allowed to own any animal after one attack? One and Done!
I always found the use of word destroy kinda funny. Like they’re blowing them up in a field or something.
Did I read that correctly? The police are asking if they can just caution people rather than do anything about their dangerous, banned dogs?
Good. They should be wiped out as a breed. And if someone owns a dog and it attacks someone they should be treated as if they did it themselves.
Those are rookie numbers. They gotta up those numbers
