…. According to Trading Standards, due to “limited resources” the company was not being investigated. Shows the dreadful state of institutions that are supposed to protect consumers in this country.
His IG makes it look like a car dealer/wannabe influencer started a prize draw scam, and this is the result. Someone did level up I guess!
The whole thing sounds kind of scammy even before the non payment of prizes, the BBC article doesnt mention how much people were paying to enter these draws either?
You could tell Level Up was a scam from their tagline: “IF YOUR NOT IN, YOU CANT WIN!”
