The song is “El toro enamorado de la luna”.
The singer is saying “…que abandona por las noches la maná” (“… That leaves, during the nights the herd”), referring to “el toro enamorado de la luna” (the bull in love with the moon).
The gimmick (drinking from the “bota” while singing) is not typical, but specific to this guy.
