    1. Shot, chaser:

*Kemi Badenoch has called for an inquiry into “the rape gangs scandal” after Elon Musk accused Sir Keir Starmer of failing to prosecute them when he led the Crown Prosecution Service.*

*“The time is long overdue for a full national inquiry into the rape gangs scandal. Trials have taken place all over the country in recent years but no one in authority has joined the dots. 2025 must be the year that the victims start to get justice,” Badenoch wrote on X.*

*Earlier, Musk called for Tommy Robinson to be freed from prison as he shared the hard-right criminal’s videos in a series of tweets overnight.*

*[…] As director of public prosecutions, Starmer initiated legal action in 2013 against the Rochdale gangs and launched reforms to how the CPS handles child sex abuse cases.
He has blamed the previous Conservative government for not bringing in a duty to report safeguarding issues and said that ethnicity of “political correctness” should not get in the way of prosecutions.*

    2. I sincerely hope that when the Tesla share price falls back to the $20-$30 range it should be in people stop paying attention to this gobshite.

Bad Enoch unsure whether she fancies being Farage or Yaxley-Lennon this week.

I’m sure there were other options available, but you do you, love.

    4. Every time Kemi opens her mouth she looks out of her depth and out of touch.

Will she even make it to the end of 2025 as leader of the opposition?

If only she was a member of a party that was in a position to actually do something about it for nearly 15 years.

There was an inquiry, but a lot of people either didn’t read it or didn’t like what it said.

You can go right now and download the report on child sexual exploitation in Rotherham for free from parliament’s website.

I’m sure that an inquiry led entirely by right-wing voices like Elon Musk won’t turn into a witch hunt against certain peoples who they despise. Remember that piece of filth supports Tommy Robinson, founder of the EDL who claims to be fighting “gooming gangs” by targeting specifically Arab ones whilst defending sexual assault by fellow members of the EDL. The same man who described himself as a journalist whilst driving up to the house of an actual journalist investigating donations made to Tommy Robinson going mysteriously missing, where he threaten to kill her and bashed on her door claiming she was a pedophile and needed to be taught a lesson. Nobody who supports that should be let anything near power in the UK.

    8. Her party had fourteen years to demand this, and never did, but now they’re out of power it’s suddenly top of the list of priorities. Funny that.

    9. Grooming gang is too soft a term, industrialised gang rape is more accurate, and I don’t think a national inquiry is a bad idea.

    10. Can Musk start with his boss who was heavily involved with one of the world’s biggest grooming gangs in the world? Trump and Epstein go way back. Trump is yet to be held to account.

    11. After leaving X in the last year I’ve only really realised just how locked in the UK press/politicians are as to what goes on on there.

      Absolute circlejerk of a place.

    12. I don’t think a recipient of several ”kung fu” lessons from Ghislaine Maxwell on Epstein Island should be anywhere near sexual abuse investigations except for when being investigated.

    13. The right backing foreign powers meddling in our politics – colour me surprised.

The world is heading to a place where 1 billionaire (not even multiple) is going to be in charge of the US, UK and Germany.

    14. This is where Labour’s lack of bollocks really pisses me off..

They could easily tear Kemi and all the others apart by simply standing in the Commons during PMQ’s and actually reading out loud the fucking report that was commissioned by the Tories but then buried because it went in detail how the contributing factors where lack of investment, years of cuts across the board and the Police along with Social Services not giving a shit because the girls came from poor backgrounds.

Yet they won’t because they are fuckong spineless and are terrified that they might upset some old racist Tory voters…

There have already been numerous inquiries into this Badenoch would have realised if she wasn’t trying to dance to Elon Musk’s tune and simply checked.

Can we just not do this whole caring what a world’s most successful grifter thinks?

People should be more concerned about innocent little girls being brutalised by these evil monsters….rather than making flippant comments about Musk and Baddenoch.

When the scale of these became clear (we are talking about thousands of children being raped here….) the inquiry should have been honest open and should have had serious powers.

It’s pretty incredible how this has been politicised and how we are literally willing to sacrifice thousands of children rather than address the issue properly.

It’s a great example of the wrong messenger, but we also need to acknowledge that this has been widely talked about by the far right for many years, and we ignored it.

The inquiry should go further and imo should look at the culture we’ve built as a nation…one in which we have a sort of soviet style thought and voice crime fear that…I strongly suspect paralysed action on this and continues to this day.

I’ve need to be able to discuss things openly…else we give oxygen to extremist groups and criminals.

This shouldn’t be party political but imo we should be seeing hundreds or thousands of sackings if needed, changes to the thought and speech laws, and an acceptance that sometimes throwing around terms like racist shouldn’t be taken seriously if used as a smokescreen (if that’s what happened here)
